Can we put on our brand on the product? What is the MOQ ?
No problem, we print your Logo on the shell, and MOQ is 500 pcs.

What is your payment term?
Our policy is 30% T/T in advance, and 70% before shipment.

Can I order samples?
Yes, you can.

What is your main market and customers ?
Our customers are all over the world, and our main market is North America and Europe. Our important customers are Sam, Walmart etc.

What is your factory’s monthly production capacity?
80,000 per month.

What is your normal delivery time ?
For sample, it takes 7 days; For 1 – 3K, it takes two weeks; For 5K – 10K, it takes three weeks; For more than 15K, it takes one month.

What is your warranty period ?
It is 12 months after the shipment.

How to deal with defective product ?
We are responsible to repair the defective product within its warranty time. Just please return the product FREIGHT PREPAID to our office.
